This 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom OKI home provides the ultimate blend of lavish amenities, space for the entire family or group to spread out across 3 levels, and an unparalleled location. You can spend your days soaking up the sunshine on the beach and then relax in the pool or on one of the three balconies while overlooking the panoramic seascape with your favorite drink in hand. When you're ready to explore, you'll be right next door to the Yaupon Fishing Pier, where you can grab a coffee at Ruby's in the morning and easily walk to KoKo Cabana for lunch or dinner.
As you enter the home from either the elevator or the front stairs, you will immediately notice the wall of windows and the absolutely sensational ocean views! To the left is the Yaupon Fishing pier, and to the right are sights of the beach that goes on for what seems like forever. The first floor features an open floor plan with a spacious living room offering elegant coastal vibes, ample seating, a fireplace, and large flatscreen TV. The fully equipped chef's kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a center island, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The real star of this space is the eat-in kitchen bar that has seating for up to 6! It's our favorite spot to grab a snack in the afternoon while getting a quick break from the sun and still being able to enjoy all the views. And, when you're ready to sit down with your family or group, the dining table offers seating for up to 8.
All of the bedrooms are ocean-facing, so everyone will be able to marvel at the expansive seascape from their private retreat and listen to the calming sounds of the waves crashing as they fall asleep! This home is called Lighthouse for a reason. There are 4 bedrooms with king beds, a 5th bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, along with a queen pull-out couch with a king-size bed in the upstairs den.
The amenities don't stop here; there are so many more than we can list — like the elevator that comes in handy to move your belongings in and out of the home or for those who may have difficulties with stairs and wireless interest. There's even an outdoor shower on the ground level. Ready to experience Oak Island's Lighthouse? This home might not have a beacon, but you'll surely feel like you're on top of the world here.
Please Note: Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
