**March Double Overtime Special Terms: 10% discount is valid for 3- to 7-night reservations from now through August 29, 2025. Reservations must be made before all North Carolina NCAA Division I basketball teams are eliminated from the 2025 championship tournament or by April 8, 2025 at 11:59pm, whichever comes first. No promo code is needed. Discounts are applied to the base rental rate and are reflected on our website.
This discount is not valid for existing reservations and can’t be combined with other offers. Certain properties and dates may be excluded (like Memorial Day, the week of July 4th, and Labor Day). Please keep in mind that there are minimum night requirements based on the season. For example, there’s a 7-night minimum in the summer season, and all bookings must adhere to our Saturday to Saturday policy.
