Clear Skies: 5-Stars!
We had a wonderful week at Clear Skies! The house is very attractive, clean and comfortable, with minimal sound transmission between floors and rooms - we had 5 grandkids with us! Beds were all comfortable; great closet space; bathrooms are well-designed; generous bath linens. Wonderfully stocked kitchen - ready for any kind of meal prep with lots of storage. The pool is very nice, with gates to limit access from the bedroom level. There are 9 televisions throughout the house. Easy, direct access to the beach. I spoke with the Salt & Sand staff several times, most often Eddie, and they could not have been more courteous or helpful. Really impressive customer service! We ordered our equipment from VayKLife, which was delivered ahead of our arrival. It was all in great condition. Both VayKLife and Salt & Sand were in touch via text throughout the week to be sure we were comfortable and had no issues. This was our first time at Oak Island. It felt so family-friendly! The beach was populated with multi-generational families each day, all very cordial, and the kids readily found playmates. It was a great experience! Thank you!

Absolutely spotless on arrival. Fantastic communication from agency! Home was exactly as advertised. Home was beautifully decorated, bedrooms had plenty of space. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Outdoor area worked well for both adults and children. Very short walk to beaches; low traffic so crossing street not an issue. Plenty of parking space. This was a really wonderful house.

The Seaquel: Incredible House!
We will definitely stay at The Seaquel again! The house is incredible! It's exceptionally clean and comfortable, has a very short and easy across-the- street walk to the beach, there's plenty of space for everyone to hang out together AND for everyone to do their own thing. The views are beautiful, and the pool area and outdoor shower are fabulous! I also cannot say enough about the customer service from Salt and Sand Realty. From the booking support to the concierge texting while there, they were a dream! You can truly stop searching for the perfect rental and the perfect rental company. Enjoy your vacay 'cause I can't wait to return!
