Clear Skies: GREAT FOR FAMILY VACATION!!
My family and I had a great stay! The place was very clean and welcoming. The house looked just like the pictures. Easy check-in and a call away if we needed anything. We loved that the kitchen/living room wasn’t on the main level, so it stayed clean coming in from the beach and pool. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again! The property manager was also very friendly and helpful. He gave us several recommendations for restaurants, which we tried!

Zephyr's Muse: 5-Stars for Zephy’s Muse
Our family had a fantastic stay at Zephyr’s Muse. The house is beautiful and spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax, and also common spaces to gather. Some of my favorite things about the house were the screened porch (we ate all our meals here!), the really comfy couch in the den, the outdoor shower (something I look for and enjoy at a beach house), the awesome hair dryers in the bathroom (my daughter liked them too), the coffee pot that was both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker, and the sound of the water dripping into the pool from the hot tub. Also noteworthy, I left a favorite blanket behind, and before I realized I left it, someone at Salt and Sand had reached out to check and see if it was ours. That was exceptional service and truly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again.

Property was exactly as listed. It was exceptionally clean, close to the pier and restaurants, great location for walking/running/riding a bike, and the view from the house was a 20/10. I would highly recommend everyone book this listing!

Elemental: This beach house is incredible!
This beach house is incredible! We went for our annual beach trip we take with our friends and kids and it was our favorite house we have stayed in so far. It came with everything we needed (or didn’t know we needed like a frozen margarita machine!!), incredibly clean, private access to the beach and spacious rooms with comfy beds. Salt and Sand Realty was so detailed and even sent nice texts recommending things to do while we were there. We will be back!!

TipSea Pelican: Perfect Home for Larger Group with Young Children!
This house was perfect for a lager group with young kids. The walkability to the beach was perfect. The backyard pool space was great for enjoying evenings outside. The property came with everything we needed for the pool and even the beach. We commented our whole stay how this was the perfect house for our trip. We would definitely stay here again. Salt and Sand Realty was a great company to book through!
