Kayak Tours: Explore the Davis Canal

Experience Oak Island from the water on a guided paddle through the scenic Davis Canal. Led by Oak Island Parks & Recreation, these easy, two-hour kayak tours include a kayak, paddle, personal flotation device, and experienced guides. Along the way, you'll explore tidal marshes, coastal wildlife, and one of the island's most peaceful waterways. Advance registration is required.

Thursdays: Southport Concert Series

This free tradition features a different local or regional band each week, with performances ranging from country and rock to jazz, blues, bluegrass, and beach music.
