Free Beer & Wine Tastings

The Grape & Ale has a full events calendar! You can enjoy: free beer tastings on Thursdays from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and free wine tastings on Fridays from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at their Oak Island location. You'll even find live music on Saturdays from 2:00pm - 04:00pm!

2024 Southport Spring Festival

Spring into the season at Southport's Spring Festival — one of the most anticipated events of the year! Celebrate the warmer weather at this exciting event that's been an annual tradition for over 28 years. There will be a wide range of activities to enjoy, including over 160 craft vendors, live entertainment, children's activities, and more! Join in the fun on Friday, March 29th from 10am to 5pm AND on Saturday, March 30th from 10am to 4pm.

Summer Market at Southport

From May 1st to August 28th
Wednesdays from 9am to 2pm
This market is at Franklin Square Park and offers a wide range of local produce, handcrafted items, and baked goods. It’s another fantastic place to spend a morning with the family while exploring the North Carolina coast. Please note this summer market is not available during Fourth of July week.
