It's nestled along the marsh on the 3rd row, providing ample privacy from the backyard that boasts a magnificent private saltwater pool, multiple lounge areas, dining space under the home, and two covered balconies. All of this while being only a short stroll to beach and minutes away from the Ocean Crest Pier (about half a mile).
As you walk inside from the spacious front porch, you'll instantly feel relaxed and at home in the light and bright airy atmosphere! Each room is truly a retreat in itself, with impeccable decor inspired by the organic colors and textures of the seaside landscape. The main living space features an open floor plan, a coffered ceiling with beautiful beams, and lavish wainscoting details. There's ample seating in front of the large flatscreen TV, including a distinctive modern egg-shaped chair. A few steps away is a state-of-the-art kitchen that has stainless steel appliances, a deep stainless-steel farmhouse-style sink, and stunning countertops. We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
