Welcome to the Coastal Coop! This classic oceanfront beach cottage invites you to sit back and relax! You can even bring your favorite doggies (pets or furry friends) as this home is pet friendly too! Delight in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic from the oceanside covered porch. Enjoy family and friend time with a summer barbecue or low country boil at the beach. Plenty of dining space with a table for six and a kitchen island with barstools, seating three. For your entertainment four TVS located throughout, including both Roku and smart TVs with firesticks. An inviting unobstructed ocean view greets you, along with an open concept layout.
This adorable beach cottage offers nice size king beds with cozy comforters in three bedrooms and the fourth bedroom offering a fun “baby shark” (underwater/ ocean /kid) themed space including one twin and one bunk bed set-twin over full. There are two full bathrooms- one on each side of the home between bedrooms. A private walkway over the dunes for easy access to the beach, straight in front of the oceanside porch area. After a day at the beach rinse the salt and sand off in the private, enclosed hot/cold water shower located right beneath the home and right next to a private outdoor bathroom.
With direct beach access right at your back door, The Coastal Coop boasts unobstructed ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean from your main kitchen and living space, front bedrooms and of course the oceanfront deck where you will be perched all week long. You will be treated to incredible sunrises and sunsets including views of the nearby Oak Island Pier.
The home features a keyless entry for your ultimate convenience. That is right—there is no need to check in at a rental office on the day your vacation begins. Simply head straight to the property at check-in time, unlock the door and unwind for a relaxing beach vacation! Don’t delay, book today!
This home welcomes up to two dogs. All pet-friendly homes include a pet fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only pets permitted.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights (April through October) include a valuable beach gear credit to use during your stay! Choose from a variety of rental options such as bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more—the choice is yours.

Linens are included with your reservation and consist of:

Pillowcases
Bath towels and bath mats

To help you get settled, we provide a starter welcome kit with the following items:
1 trash bag
1 roll of paper towels
2 rolls of toilet paper
1 dishwasher pod
1 laundry pod
2 mini shampoo/conditioner
2 mini hand soaps
This kit is intended to get you started upon arrival.
📅 Minimum Stay Requirements
Minimum stay requirements vary by season. During peak summer months, there is a 7-night minimum stay with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern. In the slower seasons, there is more flexibility.
